How I found the truth on Nowrooz

It's Nowrooz and I suppose the one topic that comes to mind more than anything else is Conversion. And so, as the Wise Mind ponders, with the internet and the mouse, conicidence produces all kinds of surprises. Happenstance, I stumbled upon this article.

It is an interesting argument, that if it had not happened, then we would not be where we are. Oh wow, big deal. But what do we do now? There is no answer to that is there.

Fact is that many Iranians, like me are being driven to find ourselves in deeper parts of Iranian history. When the moment of Equinox passed I happened to be in bed with my Blackberry, that can surf the web, and Jamasp popped into my head. So I Googled it and ended up in Avesta.org and began reading his story and predictions, that link to the exact moment in time I was in. So way back when, Jamasp the Astrologer, who Zoroaster trusted to explain to King Vishtasp, any question he would have, gave his answers. And he did a remarkable job.

But my quest did not stop, even though my everyday duties took me away from the computer screens, I still pondered, as I was making confectionary for the big Nowrooz bash tomorrow. Once that was done, I went behind the main computer, as I am now, and went back to finding more sources, that would expand on Jamasp. As usual one finds different references, if only one changes the spelling. And sure enough I found the story of Iranian Lands 20,000 years ago; that is in the last interglacial periods. It answered some of the questions about who Zoroaster that we know of from the 17th Century BC position was in the very larger timescale.

It is quite clear that Iranians need to pray and accept this holy part of the Iranian Saga. So read it from this page, and respect the order it is written, unless you are a person who has accepted the ancient Iranian Mazdyasna ways. The fact that you have found this page, and feel you need to find more, is one small step in you finding your roots. This quest will help you like something, as oppose to show your dislike for something else all the time. You did not need to convert. You found what you wanted.

I hope this experience I have had helps you.

Switzerland destroys US sanctions on Iran's Seyyeds

Switzerland's foreign minister was travelling to Tehran on Sunday to sign a natural gas purchase contract between Iran and a Swiss utility, a deal she said could help ease Europe's dependence on Russian gas.

So what is the US going to do now? It can't stop the major banks and finance houses in EU with a fait a complis choice. The US can't say, "Ok guys, you either stop trading with the US, or stop trading with the Seyyeds in Iran".

After all the money from that deal would go straight into centrifuges etc etc.

World press against the Seyyeds in Iran's selection process

Erfand caught sight of me, notebook in hand, talking to Iranian voters outside the polling station on Tehran's Vanak square on Friday. "Hey, why don't you talk to somebody who didn't vote?" he called out in impeccable English. "We hate this regime and our crazy president," he went on as he offered me a share of his cake.

Unfair interrogation of a candidate (in Persian)

You will see an interrogation between this candidate and a journalist. This farmer clearly has no political acumen, but he is right about the amount of money he gets for his produce, compared to what price the government agencies sells his produce.Do not laugh at him. Respect his will power to sit there and take on those gherty journalists.
